1. Wash the rice, mix it with oil and salt, and marinate it for 1 hour;

2. Pour the pickled rice, cleaned sweet corn kernels and carrot kernels into the rice cooker;

3. Pour 4 bowls of water, press the rice cooking button to boil, then switch to the porridge cooking button and cook for 1 hour.

1. Grate carrots, peel corn, and chop pork into minced meat.

(If your rice cooker does not have a porridge cooking button, you can directly press the cooking button to cook for half an hour, then lift the button and switch to the keep warm button to keep warm for half an hour, and it will be almost ready. If you see that it is not ready yet, continue to press the cooking button and cook for another 10 minutes. Since the power of each person's rice cooker is different, and people like different levels of thinness and thickness, you have to control the time yourself. But if you use a rice cooker, I still recommend that you use the method of cooking for a while and keeping warm for a while. The porridge cooked is very soft and saves electricity, haha)
