In addition to 19.5% protein and 5.2% fat, black carp also contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, B1, B2 and trace element zinc. Adults need 12-16 grams of zinc per day, and the amount required during adolescence increases accordingly. Zinc is an important component of enzyme protein, and is closely related to the gonads, pancreas and cerebrospinal fluid. The zinc content in the human body is only 0.3%, but once it is insufficient, it often causes a decrease in sense of smell, mental depression, and "IQ (an index to measure intelligence)".
