How to make whitebait porridge

1. Wash the rice, add 8 cups of water and soak for 20 minutes, move to the stove and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat to cook the porridge.

2. Wash and drain the silverfish, remove the hard stems of amaranth, wash and cut into small pieces, add them into the rice when it is soft, and add salt to taste. Turn off the heat once it is cooked, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
