1. Cabbage dumplings Step 1: Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat. Step 2: Add chopped green onion and ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, salt, chicken essence, salad, and sesame oil to the minced meat. Stir the minced meat and seasoning thoroughly. If necessary, add some water to mix. Step 3: Wash the cabbage and chop it into minced meat. Chop it as finely as possible. Step 4: Add the chopped cabbage to the minced meat and add a spoonful of cooking oil to help stir the two. Step 5: After the cabbage and meat filling are mixed, add salt to taste. 2. Steamed round cabbage rolls Step 1: First, marinate the meat filling with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, chicken essence, chopped green onion and ginger, salt, sugar, and cooking oil. Step 2: Soak black fungus and mushrooms in warm water, then chop and mix them into the meat filling. Step 3: Wash the cabbage and blanch it in water. The cabbage will become softer and more suitable for wrapping things. Step 4: Spread a piece of cabbage flat, put the meat filling in the middle, and start rolling the cabbage from the edge. Step 5: Repeat this process until all the cabbages are wrapped and put in a pot to steam until cooked.
