1. Ingredients: about ten lotus seeds, fifty grams of white fungus, ten to fifteen longans, and ten grams of lily.

2. Soak the white fungus and lotus seeds in clean water. Take them out after half an hour when they become soft. Remove the yellow part at the root of the white fungus and tear it into small pieces by hand for later use.

3. The soaked lotus seeds also need to be processed. The lotus core in the middle part must be removed, otherwise the cooked lotus seed, longan and lily soup will taste bitter.

4. Remove the skin and core of the longan, cut the lily into several small pieces, and then put them in a casserole. Then put in the processed lotus seeds and white fungus, and add appropriate amount of water.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes. Add a small amount of rock sugar and cook for another 5 minutes before turning off the heat. After simmering for 10 minutes, you can take it out and eat it.

Lotus seeds, longan and lily can also be cooked into porridge

1. Ingredients: 100 grams of polished rice, 10 lotus seeds, 20 longans, and 5 to 10 grams of lily.

2. Soak the lotus seeds and lilies in clean water, take them out after they are all softened, and remove the lotus core from the lotus seeds. Then wash the polished rice, put it into the pot, add the processed lotus seeds and lilies, and boil over high heat.

3. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook slowly. After the japonica rice is completely soft, add the longan meat. Continue cooking for about ten minutes, then turn off the heat. The health-preserving lotus seed, longan and lily porridge is ready.
