How to pickle sour beans in summer

After entering the hot summer, many people feel that their appetite has become worse, and they are willing to eat some sour food. At this time, homemade beans at home have become a hot commodity and their favorite. However, many people in life do not know how to pickle sour beans, which is very inconvenient when they want to eat them. In fact, the method of pickling sour beans in summer is very simple. I will write out the steps later, and everyone can learn it after reading it.

1. Prepare materials

To pickle sour beans at home in the summer, you need to prepare two kilograms of fresh tender beans, appropriate amounts of table salt and white wine, red pepper, ginger, and garlic beans. You also need to prepare a kimchi jar and appropriate amount of water.

2. Processing materials

Before pickling the sour beans yesterday, we had to process the fresh long beans we had prepared, remove the ones with insect eyes and scars, divide the other beans into small bunches of about 20, tie them up with cotton thread, and then put water in a pot and boil it. Put the big and good beans in boiling water and blanch them for 20 minutes, then take them out and drain them. Wash the ginger and cut it into ginger shreds, peel the garlic and cut it into garlic slices for later use.

3. Marinating steps

Put the beans blanched in boiling water directly into the kimchi jar, press it with your hands, then put the prepared ginger and garlic slices into the large jar, add an appropriate amount of white wine, and then pour in pure water and edible salt. Put a heavy object on the jar to prevent the beans from floating, then seal the jar and inject some clean water on its outer edge. Put the jar in a cool environment to pickle, and after 5 to 7 days, the sour beans will be pickled.

4. How to eat

After pickling, you can cut the pickled beans into small pieces, add sesame oil and mix well to eat as a cold dish, or wash them, cut them into small pieces, stir-fry them with diced meat and eat them. Pickled pickled beans should be taken out as you eat them. If you can't finish them after taking them out, you can't put them back into the pickle jar, otherwise it will affect other pickled beans in the jar and make them go bad.
