Straw mushroom management technology and straw mushroom cultivation technology

Straw mushroom management technology and straw mushroom cultivation technology

It is not only necessary to do a good job in cultivation technology for straw mushrooms, but also very important to manage details. Today I will talk to you about the key points of straw mushroom management:

The first is bud management.

6-7 days after sowing, if the mycelium grows vigorously, you can cover the surface of the material with fertile soil, and pour lime water (pH8-9) according to the water content of the culture medium. The amount of water sprayed should be such that there is no water accumulation on the surface of the material. At the same time, increase the relative humidity of the air to 85%-95%, strengthen ventilation, and provide a certain amount of scattered light. After 2-3 days, mushroom buds will appear.

Second, mushroom bud growth management:

At this time, the temperature should be maintained at 30℃~35℃, the material temperature should not be lower than 24℃, and the optimum temperature is 28℃~30℃. Control the humidity. During the fruiting body growth stage, the relative humidity of the air should be maintained at 85%~95%, and the humidity of the culture medium should be maintained at about 70%. When replenishing water, water above 30℃ should be sprayed, and the mushroom body should be avoided when spraying water.

The third is ventilation, air exchange and light management.

When ventilating, the ventilation frequency and time should be controlled according to the temperature and humidity. Multiple short-term ventilation methods should be adopted, and a certain amount of scattered light should be ensured.

The most suitable time to harvest the straw mushroom is when it is in the egg-shaped stage. At this time, the fruiting body is 80% to 90% mature, the outer cap has not yet broken, the stem has not yet extended, there is no cavity in the middle of the fruiting body when touched, the mushroom body is full and smooth, the cap is thick, the flesh is soft and tough, the top of the mushroom body is dark gray, and the base is grayish white. To prevent the mushroom body from having a high water content, stop spraying water before harvesting.

Harvesting method: hold the culture medium around the mushroom body with one hand, and hold the mushroom body with the other hand to rotate it left and right, pick it gently, do not pull it hard; remove the culture medium and other impurities on the fruiting body, and use a stainless steel knife to scrape off the grass and soil at the base. In the late growth period of straw mushrooms, the cap opens quickly, so it should be harvested and processed in time.

Since the mycelium of straw mushroom grows very fast, it is easy to age and its vitality is weakened. It cannot effectively use the nutrients in the culture medium to continue to produce mushrooms. In particular, the yield of the second-wave mushrooms is extremely low, accounting for only 20%-30% of the total output. The use of secondary inoculation cultivation can increase the yield of the second-wave mushrooms.

The specific method is: after the first wave of mushrooms are harvested, clean the bed surface, loosen the culture medium, irrigate the culture medium with lime water with a pH value of 12, insert the fungus in the middle of the culture medium, spread the fungus on the surface, cover the fungus with a layer of fermented culture medium, and then cover with plastic film to keep warm and moisturize the culture mycelium. After the mycelium grows well, carry out mushroom production management, which can significantly increase the yield.
