People with weak constitution can add some Chinese medicine to prevent colds. If you have a weak constitution and often catch colds, you can use 30 grams of Astragalus, 15 grams of Saposhnikovia, and 15 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, grind them into powder, soak them in boiling water, and drink them as tea regularly. One to three months is a course of treatment. This therapy is very effective in preventing and treating colds.

Cloves are spicy and warm in nature, and have the effects of warming the middle and lowering adverse reactions, dispelling cold and relieving pain. Pharmacological studies have found that eugenol, acetyleugenol and other volatile oils contained in cloves have the effect of killing and inhibiting influenza viruses.
