Ingredients: 300g rice, 1250g yellow croaker

Seasoning: 3g ginger, 5g coriander, 5g green onion, 50g lard (refined), 5g salt, 5g soy sauce

How to make yellow croaker porridge

1. Wash the rice, season it with salt, add water to a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the rice and cook the porridge;

2. Remove the scales and internal organs of the yellow croaker, clean it, marinate it with salt, and fry it in hot oil until both sides are browned;

3. Add 1 bowl of water, boil the fish until cooked, remove the meat, put the fish bones into the fish soup and continue to boil;

4. After the fish soup is cooked, remove the fish bones and pour the soup into the porridge to cook together;

5. Mix the minced fish with cooking oil and soy sauce;

6. After the porridge is cooked, season it, add minced fish, and wait until the porridge boils again;

7. Add shredded ginger, chopped coriander and chopped green onions when serving.
