After thirty days, the eggs inside will be pickled, and the taste is moderately salty and delicious.

3. White wine pickled eggs

It is also very simple to pickle eggs with white wine, and the egg yolks are particularly easy to produce oil. When pickling eggs, you can wash the eggs, dry them, pour the white wine into a bowl, soak the eggs in the white wine for 30 seconds, take them out, wrap them with table salt, and then wrap them with plastic wrap. Put them in a warm place. After 15 days, the eggs will be flavored. After washing off the salt on the surface, you can cook them directly.
