Accessories: 50g tomato, 20g onion, 50g chicken, 50g green pepper

How to make three-color stewed porridge

1. Wash the green peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and stems, and then cut them into crescent shapes.

2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into half-moon shapes; peel the onions and cut into half-moon shapes.

3.Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

4. Put seasonings (broth cup, 10 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of white wine, 1 gram of salt) into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the chicken and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Skim off the foam.
