Ingredients for salmon chowder

Ingredients: 200g steamed rice, 30g salmon,

Accessories: 50g fresh mushrooms, 20g carrots, 10g shallots,

Seasoning: 3 grams of salt

Salmon Chowder Recipe

1. Remove the roots of the mushrooms and carve patterns on the surface;

2. Peel and wash the carrots, slice them; cut the green onions into sections;

3. Pour all the prepared seasonings (salt, 4 cups of broth) into the pot and cook. After the pot boils, add the salmon and boil again;

4. Add all the ingredients (except the onion) and cook for about 3 minutes;
