1. Pickling method 1

Prepare an appropriate amount of coarse salt, and then use boiling water to dissolve the coarse salt to prepare the brine. Put the dried cabbage directly in a jar, pour in the brine, and pickle it in a cool environment. After two or three months, the cabbage will be tasty.

The spicy cabbage dumplings can also be cut into thin strips and then pickled. When pickling, wash the spicy cabbage dumplings clean, then cut into thin strips, then cut an appropriate amount of garlic into minced garlic, put it into the spicy cabbage dumplings and mix well, then add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar, mix well and marinate for 24 hours. When taking out and eating, add appropriate amount of chili oil to season.

3. Pickling method three

Cut the spicy cabbage into strips, dry them and then pickle them. This is also the traditional way to pickle spicy cabbage. Before pickling, wash the prepared spicy cabbage, cut them into slightly thicker strips, then add appropriate amount of table salt, mix well and pickle them. After two days of pickling, pour out the water and put the pickled cabbage in the sun to dry for 2 to 3 days. After it is dehydrated, put it away, and then add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, shredded ginger and other seasonings to pickle it. It usually takes two to three days to pickle. Add some sesame oil to enhance the flavor when eating. It is especially delicious whether it is eaten with rice or porridge.
