1. Ripening

2. Heating

When the avocado is too hard to eat after being cut, you can heat it before eating. You can remove the core of the avocado, cut it into pieces, and then heat it directly in the oven or microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes. After taking it out, you will find that the avocado flesh has become soft. After taking it out, you can eat it with honey or milk, etc. This will make the taste of the avocado much better.

3. Pickling

If the avocado is too cut to be eaten directly, you can marinate it before eating. If necessary, remove the skin and the core of the avocado, cut it into thin slices, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and mix well, then marinate. After it becomes soft, take it out and add an appropriate amount of bayberry powder and licorice powder, mix well and marinate for two hours. It can be eaten directly after marinating.

4. Fried Rice

When the avocado is cut too deeply to be eaten, you can also use it to make fried rice. You can remove the skin of the avocado and cut it into small dices. Then prepare a bowl of rice and two eggs. Crack the eggshells in advance and fry them into cubes in the pan. Then put the pan back into the heat, add oil and stir-fry shallots until fragrant, add the diced avocado, stir well, then add the rice into the pan and fry it.
