How to make red plum wine

Once when I visited a friend's house, he treated us to a homemade red plum wine. After tasting the wine, I was immediately attracted by its sweet and sour refreshing taste, so I pestered my friend to teach me how to make it. After I learned how to make it, I made it several times myself and it was quite successful. Everyone who drank it said it was good. Now I have written down the method of making red plum wine to help more people make delicious red plum wine by themselves.

How to make red plum wine

1. Ingredients: 5 kg fresh red plums, an appropriate amount of cellar-aroma strong liquor, and an appropriate amount of granulated sugar.

2. Wash the prepared red plums, dry them thoroughly, disinfect the fruit knife, and cut a cross on the washed plums.

3. Scald the container where you want to store plum wine with boiling water, wipe off the moisture, rinse it with strong liquor, and finally wipe it dry. Place the cut plums at the bottom of the container, and sprinkle a layer of sugar after it is full.

4. After arranging the red plums and sugar in layers, you can add the white wine. Don't add too much white wine, about one-third of the container is enough. Because there is a lot of juice in the red plums, soaking in wine will produce a lot of juice.

5. Place the container of red plum wine in a cool place. If the container is small, you can put it in the refrigerator. The red plum wine can be consumed after about fifteen days. When it is soaked for about fifty days, the taste of the red plum wine is the most tempting and it tastes the best.
