How to make lychee wine How to make lychee wine

Lychee is a common fruit produced in the Lingnan region of China. It is known as the king of fruits. This fruit is sweet, juicy, and tender. However, the shelf life of lychee is very short. It is said that it changes color in one day, fades in two days, and deteriorates in three days. So when lychees are ripe in large quantities, people like to make it into lychee wine, which can extend its shelf life and allow people to drink delicious fruit wine. However, some people do not know how to brew lychee wine. Today I will take you to understand how to make lychee wine.

How to make lychee wine

1. To make lychee wine, you need to prepare 1 kg of high-quality lychees, 1 kg of white wine and a small amount of table salt. Remove the shells of the fresh lychees, take out the flesh and dig out the core in the middle. Then put in the prepared table salt and add appropriate amount of water. Mix well and soak for half an hour.

2. After soaking, take out the lychee pulp and dry the surface moisture. Then put it in a clean glass bottle, add the prepared white wine, mix well and seal it to soak. After two or three months, the lychee wine inside will be ready. I take out an appropriate amount of lychee wine and a few lychees, put them directly in the cup to drink the wine and eat the lychees.

How to make lychee wine

1. There is a relatively simple brewing method for lychee wine. You need to prepare 5,000 boxes of fresh lychees, select them, remove the spoiled and rotten lychees, and get the high-quality lychees. Rinse them with clean water, remove the shells, and then squeeze the flesh hard to remove the inner shells. Then prepare 2,000 grams of rock sugar and a large clean apple, as well as a small amount of white wine.

2. Put the processed lychee pulp in a clean glass bottle and add the prepared rock sugar. It is best to put a layer of pulp and a layer of rock sugar in the bottle so that the pulp can fully contact the rock sugar. Finally, add a small amount of prepared white wine, seal the mouth of the glass bottle, and ferment it in a cool and ventilated place. The lychee wine inside will be fermented in about a month. At this time, you can smell the rich aroma of wine. Take it out and filter it, then put the liquid back into the glass bottle and continue to ferment. After a month, the homemade lychee wine will be truly ready.
