2. When the avocado is not fully ripe, the flesh will be relatively hard. At this time, it is most suitable for making salads. You can peel the fresh avocado, remove the core in the middle, and then cut the flesh into small cubes. Add appropriate amounts of diced mango and kiwi, add appropriate amounts of purple cabbage and cooked corn, and finally add salad dressing and a small amount of olive oil. Mix well and it is ready to eat.

Some people have heard that avocados can be eaten directly, but if you have never eaten avocados before, you will feel that the taste of this fruit is relatively expensive and a bit difficult to accept. The best way is to take out the flesh of the avocado and add an appropriate amount of white sugar when eating it. This will give the avocado a light sweetness and make its taste easier to accept.

2. Fresh avocado can also be made into pudding for people to eat. When making pudding with avocado, you need to prepare half an avocado and a banana. After taking out the pulp, put them directly in the refrigerator to freeze. Take them out after two hours, cut them into segments, and then prepare an appropriate amount of pure milk and a small amount of honey. Finally, put the frozen avocado and banana into a blender, then add milk and honey, stir evenly, take them out and put them directly into the mold, refrigerate for an hour, take them out and demold them to make delicious avocado pudding.
