1. Huoshan Dendrobium and pig's trotters are especially delicious when stewed together. When making it, you need to prepare fresh pig's trotters, two fresh Huoshan Dendrobiums, four or five roots, a dozen Huoshan Dendrobium flowers, 15 grams of sugar and a piece of ginger.

2. Wash the fresh pig's trotters and chop them into pieces. Soak them in cold water for half an hour. Take them out and blanch them in boiling water for two minutes. Then take them out and drain them again. Wash the prepared Huoshan Dendrobium and Huoshan Dendrobium flowers with clean water. When cutting the Huoshan Dendrobium into sections, do not cut the flowers and keep them intact.

3. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a wok, add the prepared sugar, stir-fry until the sugar bubbles, then put the pig's trotters into the pot and stir-fry until the trotters are colored, then put them into the soup pot, add the processed Huoshan Dendrobium and Huoshan Dendrobium flowers, and finally add ginger and water, heat to boil and then cook for two hours, add salt to taste before serving.

It is most suitable for the elderly and young children. When making it, you need to prepare three roots of Huoshan Dendrobium, two eggs, and appropriate amounts of salt and sesame oil.

2. Wash the Huoshan Dendrobium, chop it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Then crack the egg into the bowl, add a small amount of water and salt to mix well, sprinkle appropriate amount of sesame oil on the surface, then put it into the steamer and steam it. After boiling, open the lid after 20 minutes, stir it clockwise with chopsticks, then cover the lid and continue steaming for four or five minutes. The steamed eggs with Huoshan Dendrobium in the pot will be ready. Take them out and cool them down before eating.
