Remove the shell of the pigeon egg, put it in a bowl with other ingredients, add water, stew it in a pot, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, and take it out after stewing. This pigeon syrup not only tastes good, but also can clear away heat and fire, detoxify, and prevent the occurrence of epidemic diseases such as measles.

2. Pigeon Egg and Bird's Nest Soup

Pigeon eggs and bird's nests are also delicious when made into soup. When making it, you can put oil in the pot, add six grams of cooking wine, two hundred and fifty grams of chicken soup and an appropriate amount of table salt. After boiling, add thirty grams of soaked bird's nests, take them out after one minute, then cook the pigeon eggs in another pot, take them out, remove the shells, put them together with the bird's nests, add soup and boil them before eating.

3. Steam the pigeon eggs
