1. The efficacy and function of purslane

It can be used to treat adverse symptoms such as short yellow urine and red tongue with yellow fur. It has obvious therapeutic effects on human hematuria, hot stranguria, leukorrhea and erysipelas. In addition, Purslane also has a certain anthelmintic effect. It can be used to treat hookworm disease in children, which can quickly relieve abdominal pain caused by hookworm disease.

2. Purslane can be eaten cold

There are many ways to eat purslane, and eating it cold is the most common. When making it, you can wash the fresh purslane with clean water, then blanch it in boiling water, take it out and remove the water, then prepare an appropriate amount of mashed garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and salt, add these seasonings to the blanched purslane, mix well and it is ready to eat.

3. Purslane can be eaten after steaming

Purslane can also be steamed. Wash them before steaming, then sprinkle them with a proper amount of flour and put them into a steamer. After boiling the pot, steam them for about twenty minutes. While steaming, you can make garlic into mashed garlic and add a proper amount of vinegar and salt to make a dipping sauce.
