Frozen Persimmon

The shelf life of fresh persimmons is relatively short. If you want to extend its shelf life, you can store it in the refrigerator and freeze it. This will keep it from deteriorating for a long time. When you want to eat it, you can take it out of the refrigerator and thaw it and eat it directly. It has a soft and glutinous texture and tastes particularly good.
