1. Apples and grapefruits are the two most suitable fruits to be pickled with vinegar, and they can be pickled together. When pickling, you need to prepare 150 grams of apples, 100 grams of grapefruit pulp, 200 grams of rock sugar, an appropriate amount of natural carbonated water and 200 grams of apple cider vinegar.

2. After washing all the apples and grapefruits, take out the pulp, cut them into pieces, and put them in a clean glass bottle. Put the prepared rock sugar on the top layer, then pour in the prepared apple cider vinegar, add natural carbonated water, then seal the bottle mouth and marinate in a cool place.

3. Pick up the bottle every day and shake it gently a few times to mix the vinegar evenly. After a week, the apples and grapefruits will be pickled and you can take them out and eat them whenever you want.

Pickled Bananas

1. Bananas are also a kind of fruit suitable for pickling with vinegar, and bananas pickled with vinegar have a particularly good weight loss effect after eating. When pickling, you need to prepare 200 grams of bananas, an appropriate amount of lemon juice, 150 grams of brown sugar powder, 250 grams of black vinegar, and 100 grams of low-fat milk.

2. Peel the prepared bananas and get the pulp. Cut the pulp into thick slices and put it directly into a clean glass bottle. Add the prepared brown sugar powder and then black vinegar. The amount of black vinegar should completely cover the banana pieces. Cover the glass bottle with the cap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate.

3. Take out the glass bottle of smoked bananas every day and shake it vigorously a few times to make the vinegar, sugar and bananas more evenly blended. The bananas will be pickled in about ten days. When you want to eat it, take out the pickled bananas and mash them into a paste. Add low-fat milk and mix well before drinking it directly.
