1. Avoid eating too much tangerines

You should not eat too much tangerine as it is mild in nature and eating too much of it can cause getting a sore throat. Especially for people with a yin deficiency and yang excess constitution, they should eat less or no tangerines, otherwise they will experience various adverse symptoms such as mouth ulcers, sore throat, and constipation, which are not good for their health.

2. People with high blood sugar should avoid eating tangerines

The fruit tangerine contains a lot of sugar, which will cause people's blood index to rise rapidly after eating it. Therefore, people with high blood sugar and diabetes should try to eat less or no tangerines, otherwise it will aggravate the symptoms and cause a variety of diabetes complications.

3. Lugan cannot be eaten with milk

When people eat tangerines, they should also be careful not to eat them with milk, because the fruit acid in tangerines will coagulate the protein in milk, making it difficult to digest.
