Prepare half a pound of high-gluten flour, 1 ounce of low-gluten flour, 15 grams of butter, 30 grams of egg liquid, 3 grams of yeast, 95 grams of low-gluten flour, and 150ml of water

2. How to make pineapple buns - steps

Step 1: Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine one by one.

Step 2: After preparing the bread machine, select the dough rising option and wait for the dough to be kneaded.

Step 3: Take out the dough and add butter. Knead it thoroughly and put it back into the bread machine shell to wait for fermentation.

Step 4: The dough will double in size after fermentation, so knead it again to release the air slightly.

Step 5: Cut the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls. Cover them with a wet cloth and let them ferment for 15 minutes.

Step 6: Soften the butter while fermenting, add sugar and beat thoroughly with chopsticks until the butter turns white.

Step 7: Add egg liquid in several times and stir well.

Step 8: Add some low-gluten flour and mix thoroughly into dough. Then divide it into small pieces and roll it into thin slices.

Step 9: Cut a grid-like texture on the surface of the thin dough, cover it on the previously fermented dough, and put it into the oven.

Step 10: Brush a layer of egg liquid on the baking tray and bake for fifteen minutes.
