When you make your own grape wine at home, you need to prepare three kilograms of fresh grapes, one kilogram of sugar, and a larger glass bottle.

Specific steps for brewing red grape wine

1. Take the fresh red grapes you bought, remove the grapes, put them in a basin, add clean water and a small amount of table salt to soak them, soak them for an hour before washing them. Wash them more than once so that the pesticide residues on the surface of the red grapes can disappear.

2. Wash the red grapes and place them in a watertight container to drain the water. Clean the prepared glass bottle to make sure there is no residual water in it. Then squeeze out the pulp and core of the grapes and put them into the glass bottle together. Finally, put the sugar on top.

3. Use clean chopsticks to mix the red grapes and sugar, then seal the bottle and place it in a cool place for fermentation. Generally, the red grape wine can be fermented in about a month. After it is fermented, take it out and filter it, remove the core and peel inside, and the liquid obtained is the mellow and delicious red grape wine.
