How to Make Homemade Grape Juice

Ingredients for making grape juice

When making grape juice at home, you can prepare one kilogram of grapes, one kilogram of water, and one hundred grams of rock sugar.

Specific steps for making grape juice

1. Crush the prepared grapes into grape granules, then wash them, drain off the water and set aside.

2. Put water in the pot, then put the prepared rock sugar into the pot, then turn on the fire and heat to boil.

3. Take a clean steamer, place the washed grapes on the steamer, flatten them, and then place the steamer in the water in the pot.

4. After putting it in place, continue heating it. After boiling, turn to medium or low heat and heat slowly for fifteen minutes. It will be steamed now.

5. After opening the pot, press the grapes with a spoon. The grape pulp will all enter the pot and mix with the grape juice in the pot.

6. Take out the prepared grape juice and put it in a cup. After it cools down, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it for a few hours. Then take it out. The homemade grape juice is ready to drink. If you don’t want granular pulp, you can also filter the juice with a filter before drinking it. The taste will be better.
