3. Ziziphus jujuba seed can treat gallbladder wind toxicity, imbalance of deficiency and excess, drowsiness and excessive sleepiness: Ziziphus jujuba seed 1 liang (raw), whole wax tea 2 liang, apply ginger juice to roast, make it slightly charred, pound into powder. Take 2 qian each time, add 7 fen of water, boil 6 fen, and take warm at any time.

4. Ziziphus jujuba seed for night sweats: Ziziphus jujuba seed, ginseng, and Poria cocos are divided equally. Grind them into fine powder and mix with half a cup of rice drink.

5. Ziziphus jujuba seeds can treat bone steaming and restlessness and insomnia: 2 liang of Ziziphus jujuba seeds. Add 2.5 large cups of water, grind and filter to extract the juice, cook it with 2 cups of rice to make porridge, wait until it is almost cooked, add 1 cup of Rehmannia root juice, cook it again, and eat it at any time.

6. Chinese jujube seeds treat insomnia and palpitations caused by gallbladder deficiency: 1 liang of Chinese jujube seeds. Stir-fry until fragrant, pound into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mix with bamboo leaf soup, at any time.
