Fruit food incompatibility

Fruit food incompatibility

Fruits are the most common food in our daily life. They are rich in nutrition and delicious. However, when eating fruits, we should also pay attention to not eating foods that are incompatible with fruits, so as not to cause some adverse symptoms to the body. What are the foods that are incompatible with fruits? If you don't know yet, take a look at the following list of incompatible fruits.

Fruit food incompatibility

1. Apples and carrots are incompatible

Apple is the most common fruit in life, but it cannot be eaten at the same time as radish. Eating them together will cause goiter in humans. This is because when these two foods are eaten together, some substances that inhibit the normal functioning of the thyroid gland will be produced, which will induce goiter over time. However, if they are eaten a few hours apart, it will not cause much harm to the body.

2. Apples and seafood are incompatible

Apples and seafood are also incompatible foods. There are many trace elements in seafood. When these substances meet the fruit acid in apples, they will produce complex chemical reactions, producing some substances that are very harmful to the human body and induce abdominal pain and diarrhea.

3. Pears and water are incompatible

Pears and boiled water are two incompatible foods. Because boiled water is relatively hot, and pears are a cold fruit in nature, eating them at the same time, one cold and one hot, will irritate the intestines, and in severe cases it will cause diarrhea and abdominal pain.

4. Peach and turtle are incompatible

Peaches and turtles are also two foods that counteract each other. Peaches contain a large amount of acidic ingredients. When they meet some substances in turtles, they will produce some coagulated substances that are difficult for the human body to absorb. If people eat them again, they will not have the desired nourishing effect.
