1. Choose the fruit and place it in the right place

Dark-colored fruits have higher vitamin C content, such as fresh dates, sour dates, hawthorns, oranges, kiwis, etc. Fruits with high carotene content are mainly yellow, such as mangoes, yellow apricots, yellow peaches, etc. Experts suggest that people who often stay up late can eat more fruits high in vitamin C and carotene.

2. Choose fruits differently according to your physical condition

When the condition of diabetic patients is not very serious, they can eat some fruits with high water content and relatively low sugar content; fruits with high fiber content are irritating to the stomach, and people with poor digestive system should choose softer and more delicate fruits when eating fruits; people with long-term constipation can choose fruits with higher dietary fiber content, such as oranges, tangerines, pineapples, pears, etc.; fruits contain organic acids, and people with poor appetite can eat more sour fruits, such as hawthorn, tangerine, etc., which can increase appetite and facilitate food digestion.

3. Don’t eat too much delicious fruit

Fruits are delicious, but you should not eat too much. For example, eating too many apricots and plums will easily form indigestible substances in the stomach, which is harmful to the human body. In addition, many fruits cannot be eaten on an empty stomach: such as bananas, persimmons, hawthorns, longans, etc.

4. Eat whole and fresh fruits

Some people like to eat fruit after juicing and removing the residue, which is equivalent to filtering out dietary fiber, and the effect of fruit is also discounted. Eat "whole" fruit, that is, fruit with pulp and juice intact. It is rich in vitamins, dietary fiber, and minerals. In addition, eat fresh fruit and eat less canned fruit. After canned fruit is processed under high pressure, the vitamin content is not as high as that of fresh fruit. Preservatives are added to canned fruit, which will affect health after eating.

5. Eat fruit two hours after a meal

Eating fruit immediately after a meal will cause food to stagnate in the stomach, so that the fruit cannot be digested normally in the stomach and stays in the stomach for too long, causing symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea or constipation. It is best for people to eat fruit 2 hours after a meal so as not to affect the digestion of food in the stomach.
