1. Ingredients for Wasp Fish Porridge

Prepare 100 grams of rice, three wasp fish, and eight scallops. Prepare a little salad oil, salt, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

2. How to make wasp fish porridge

Step 1: Wash the rice clean, drain it, then stir and marinate it with sugar, peanut oil and salt.

Step 2: After half an hour, put the pickled rice into the pot and add enough water to start the one-hour porridge cooking process.

Step 3: Wash the scallops and marinate them in cooking wine.

Step 4: After cutting the ginger into shreds, wash the wasp fish and marinate it with shredded ginger and salt.
