Lotus seeds

The center of one end is a nipple-like protrusion, dark brown, with many cracks, and its periphery is slightly sunken. It is hard. The seed coat is thin and not easy to peel off. There are 2 cotyledons, yellow-white, thick, with gaps in the middle, and with green lotus seed core. It is odorless and tastes sweet and slightly astringent.
