1 dragon fruit (about 500 grams), 250 grams of pork belly (with skin).

Rock sugar (30g + 40g), balsamic vinegar (30g + 15g), 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 10 wolfberries, and a little green onion.

How to make dragon fruit vinegar meat

1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into small pieces about 2cm long, 1cm wide and 0.5cm thick;

2. Cut the dragon fruit from 1/3, take out the flesh and cut into dices;

3. Add a little oil to the pot, add 30 grams of rock sugar, and simmer over low heat until it bubbles and turns yellow;

4. Immediately add the pork belly and stir-fry until browned;

5. Pour in about 350ml of hot water, add soy sauce, 30g of balsamic vinegar and 40g of rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes;

6. When the soup is thick and the meat is soft, cook over high heat until the soup thickens, add another 15 grams of balsamic vinegar, and place on a plate (discard the excess soup);

7. Mix the diced pitaya, soaked wolfberries and fried meat, put them into the pitaya shell and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
