If you eat too many lychees, you can drink the following tea, which can reduce internal heat: use 3 qian (9 grams) of Scrophularia, 3 qian (9 grams) of Ophiopogon japonicus, and 3 rushes, boil them in 3 bowls of water to make 1 bowl.
