1. Rose and Fungus

Rose flowers can be mixed with black fungus, which tastes especially good. You can prepare appropriate amounts of rose petals, celery, black fungus, white vinegar, table salt, chicken essence and sesame oil. Soak the rose petals in light salt water for a while, take them out and wash them, tear the soaked black fungus into small pieces, cut the celery into sections, and blanch them in boiling water. After blanching, take them out and cool them down, add the prepared seasonings and mix well before eating.

2. Rose porridge

Rose porridge is also delicious. When cooking, you can prepare 100 grams of polished rice, 20 grams of roses, 10 grams of cherries, and 30 grams of sugar. Wash the prepared polished rice, add water and cook it into porridge. When the porridge is 90% cooked, add rose petals, cherries and sugar and cook for another 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and take it out to eat.

3. Rose sugar

Rose flowers can be used to make rose candy. When making it, wash the rose petals, then use a paper towel to absorb the water on the petals. Then put them and white sugar in a clean large bowl, and then use a rolling pin to crush the petals. Then pound them slowly. You can stop when they turn into purple sugar blocks. Take out the prepared rose candy, seal it and store it, and you can take it whenever you want to eat it.
