65 grams of glutinous rice flour, 60 grams of sticky rice flour, 30 grams of starch, 25 grams of powdered sugar, 30 grams of oil, 200 grams of milk, 40 grams of condensed milk, and 225 grams of red bean paste.

2. How to make snowy cake

Step 1: Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, then add the milk and mix thoroughly.

Step 2: Add oil, powdered sugar, starch, and rice flour in turn, stir well, and then add glutinous rice flour.

Step 3: After completely mixing, pour the paste without particles into a stainless steel basin.

Step 4: Heat the pot for 20 minutes, stirring the batter during this time to ensure even heating and complete cooking.

Step 5: After the flour paste is heated thoroughly, let it cool for later use.

Step 6: Put the glutinous rice flour into the heated pot and stir-fry over low heat for about three minutes.
