Introduction to Lingzhi Congee

Porridge recipe ingredients: 10 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, 100 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Cooking method: Select the Ganoderma lucidum, put it into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, soak for 5-10 minutes, decoct in water to extract the juice, add rice to cook porridge, add sugar when the porridge is cooked, and boil it for one or two more times. Alternatively, select the Ganoderma lucidum, grind it into powder, take 3-5 grams of the powder each time, and add it to the porridge when it is cooked, one dose per day.

Efficacy: Nourishes the heart and calms the mind, replenishes Qi and blood, relieves cough and asthma.

Indications: Suitable for insomnia, dreaminess, palpitations, forgetfulness and dullness caused by deficiency of heart qi or heart blood, and chronic cough and asthma caused by deficiency of lung and kidney.

Explanation of the meaning of porridge: Ganoderma lucidum is the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum (red ganoderma) or Ganoderma lucidum, a plant of the Polyporaceae family. It is distributed all over the country and is now mostly cultivated artificially, using its mycelium and fermentation liquid.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, Ganoderma lucidum is sweet, slightly bitter, and warm in nature. It enters the heart, spleen, lung, liver, and kidney meridians, and has the functions of nourishing the heart and calming the mind, replenishing qi and blood, and relieving cough and asthma. The Compendium of Materia Medica says that it "improves eyesight and improves essence". The Classic of Materia Medica says that "red Ganoderma lucidum can improve heart qi, replenish the middle, increase wisdom, and prevent forgetfulness. Long-term consumption can make one light and prolong life", and "purple Ganoderma lucidum can cure deafness, benefit joints, protect the mind, improve essence and qi, strengthen tendons and bones, and improve complexion. Long-term consumption can make one light and prolong life". Pharmacological studies have shown that this product can enhance the function of the central nervous system, strengthen the heart, improve blood circulation, enhance myocardial nutritional blood supply, reduce myocardial oxygen and sugar consumption, enhance myocardial and body tolerance to hypoxia, lower blood pressure and lipids, protect the liver, and enhance the body's immune function. According to clinical reports, the total effective rate of using this product to treat neurasthenia and neurasthenia syndrome is over 90%. Cooking porridge and taking it is indeed effective in treating insomnia, dreaminess, palpitations, etc.
