1. Carp bile cannot be eaten

It can cause gastrointestinal discomfort or cerebral edema, and in severe cases can even cause death.

2. When eating carp, you need to remove the fishy tendons

Some people say that the carp they cooked has a strong fishy smell. This is caused by not removing the fishy tendons of the carp when processing it. To remove the fishy tendons, you can make a cut on both sides of the carp three centimeters away from the head, and also make a cut one centimeter away from the tail, and then pull out the tendons from the head.

3. Carp cannot be eaten with mung beans, taro and other ingredients
