How to Make Homemade Aloe Vera Juice

Ingredients for making aloe vera juice

To make aloe vera juice at home, you will need three to four fresh aloe vera leaves, a knife and a clean piece of gauze.

Steps to make your own aloe vera juice

1. When making your own aloe vera juice, first wash the prepared aloe vera leaves with clean water, then remove the water and set aside.

2. Use a knife to remove all the thorns on both sides of the aloe leaves, and then remove its skin. At this time, the white aloe flesh will appear.

3. Take out the aloe vera flesh, cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. If you have a food processor at home, you can put the aloe vera flesh in the food processor and process it into a paste before taking it out. If you don’t have a food processor, you will need to chop it up yourself with a knife.

4. After making the aloe vera flesh into a paste, prepare the gauze. Wrap the paste of aloe vera flesh in the gauze and squeeze it hard to let the fresh aloe vera juice flow out.

5. Put the aloe vera juice in a clean bottle and apply a little on your facial skin every day. It can deeply cleanse and nourish the skin. Regular consumption can make the skin elastic and slowly fade spots.
