Fat beef cannot be eaten with chestnuts, leeks, brown sugar, white wine or ginger, as it can easily cause internal heat. Fat beef must not be eaten with snails, as it can easily cause poisoning. Eating fat beef with bean paste will cause damage to the five internal organs, and eating it with pork will offset the nutritional absorption of the fat beef itself.
