Water chestnuts stewed with pork ribs are also very delicious. When making it, cut the ribs into sections and blanch them in boiling water. Then remove the skin of the water chestnuts and cut them into pieces. You can also prepare some potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces. First, stew the ribs with water, green onions and ginger. When the ribs are 60% cooked, add the potatoes, carrots and water chestnut pieces into the pot and stew them together.
