Stir-fried beans is a common dish. Many people who are new to cooking find it difficult to make because they have to fry the beans first, which makes it hard to control. 1. How to stir-fry beans without oil

Step 1: 400 grams of beans, 50 grams of minced meat, 20 grams of sprouts, 20 grams of dried shrimps, appropriate amount of red pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili sauce.

Step 2: Remove the stems of the beans and cut them into small pieces. Soak the dried shrimps until soft and cut them into fine pieces.

Step 3: Add water to the pot and heat it, then add a little oil, put in the beans and blanch for five minutes.

Step 4: Heat the wok, add the beans when the wok is hot, turn to low heat and stir-fry slowly.

Step 5: After the surface becomes wrinkled, take out the beans and add a little oil, then add the minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 6: Add dried shrimps and bean sprouts in turn, stir well and add seasoning.

Step 7: Finally add the beans and sugar and stir-fry evenly, then add red pepper and chopped green onion, stir-fry quickly and serve.
