2. Wash the prepared sheep's foot leaves with clean water, cut into thin strips, heat clean water in a pot, add a small amount of table salt, and after the water boils, add the sheep's foot leaves into the pot and bring to a boil.

The fresh and tender sheep's trotter leaves can be steamed and then eaten. When steaming, wash the sheep's trotter leaves, and evenly apply a layer of flour on their surface, then put them into the pot and steam them. It will be done in ten minutes after the pot boils. During the steaming process, add the prepared mashed garlic, light soy sauce and sesame oil to make the dipping sauce.
