Kidney beans can be used to cook porridge. When cooking, you can prepare a variety of porridge ingredients such as japonica rice, red dates, ginkgo nuts, wolfberries, and coix seeds. After washing them, put them in a pot and add water to cook. After boiling, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, then turn down the heat, and slowly cook until the porridge becomes thick. Take it out and put it in a bowl and you can eat it.

3. Stir-fried pork belly with kidney beans

Fresh kidney beans can be eaten after stir-frying. When stir-frying, you can prepare a small amount of pork belly, cut it into slices, marinate it with cooking wine and starch, then wash the kidney beans, add oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork belly slices. Add light soy sauce and chopped green onions when they change color, then add the kidney beans and stir-fry quickly. When they are almost cooked, add appropriate amount of table salt and chicken essence to season. After stir-frying evenly, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
