Recipe for fresh bitter melon assorted porridge

1. Soak the rice in warm water.

2. Dice onion and bitter gourd; tear lettuce leaves into pieces; slice ginger and radish; chop scallops and chicken for later use.

3. Boil a pot of water, add appropriate amount of rice and ginger slices, and add a few drops of oil.

4. Add diced onion, chopped scallops, diced bitter melon and sliced ​​radish into the pot.

5. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and mix the egg whites with the minced chicken and a small amount of pepper and salt.

6. When the ingredients in the pot are constantly boiling over low heat, gently put the egg yolk in (to get a whole egg yolk).
