2. Soak the purchased clams in light salt water for no less than four hours, and then wash them with a brush.

2. Peel the loofah, cut it into pieces, place it in a deep plate, add the washed clams, then add shredded ginger and minced garlic, then add chopped green onion and coriander, finally add appropriate amount of table salt, then pour cooking wine, and add appropriate amount of peanut oil.
