You can eat more pork, chicken, fish, shrimp and other foods.

4. In the early stages of pregnancy, expectant mothers should eat some nutritious meat and green vegetables to provide basic nutrients to the fetus. However, due to early pregnancy reactions, they may have a poor appetite. At this time, do not force yourself to eat too much. You can follow your own taste and eat something that can increase your appetite.
