Homemade wine shelf life

The unique taste of wine is gradually accepted by many Chinese consumers. However, expensive wine is expensive and not everyone can afford it, so many residents have started to make wine at home. Due to the limitations of the production process, home-made wine usually cannot be preserved for too long.

( 1 ) White wine can generally only be stored for 1-3 years. After this period, the taste will deteriorate.

( 2 ) Red wine can be stored for more than three years, but it cannot be stored for too long, otherwise the wine will easily deteriorate.

( 3 ) Home-brewed wine has not undergone sterilization, distillation and other processes, and its shelf life is about 1-2 months. If it is kept beyond this period, it will easily grow mold and mildew.

Once we find that the wine has gone bad, especially when we see some phenomena such as hair growth, we should not drink it anymore and throw it away in time to avoid diseases such as diarrhea and poisoning.
