How to make delicious loofah: ingredients and steps

How to make loofah

1. How to make steamed loofah with wolfberry and xo sauce

Step 1: Soak the wolfberries until soft, peel and remove the head of the loofah, cut into strips and place on a plate for later use.

Step 2: Pour the XO sauce on the loofah and garnish with wolfberries on top.

Step 3: Place the plate in the steamer and steam for about five minutes.

Step 4: Mix starch and soy sauce to thicken the sauce. After the loofah is steamed, pour the sauce on it.

2. How to make fried loofah with tofu slices

Step 1: Wash, peel and slice the loofah, slice the garlic, and drain the excess water from the tofu and set aside.

Step 2: Pour some oil into the pan, put the tofu slices into the pan and fry them slightly until both sides of the tofu slices turn golden and then serve.

Step 3: Add garlic slices into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the loofah into the pot and stir-fry, then pour in the tofu slices and continue stir-frying.

Step 4: Add soy sauce and salt, and finally simmer over high heat.

3. How to make fried loofah with black fungus

Step 1: Cut the loofah and garlic into sections, wash the fungus and soak it in water.

Step 2: Stir-fry the garlic in the pan, add the loofah and stir-fry until soft.

Step 3: Add black fungus and loofah and stir-fry together. After the black fungus is cooked and shrunk, add salt and chicken essence for seasoning. Stir-fry evenly and it is ready to serve.
