When frying, you can remove the leaves of the water spinach, cut its leaf stems into small pieces, cut the dried tofu into small strips and blanch them in boiling water, then take them out and drain the water. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add the water spinach and stir-fry for a while, add the chopped dried tofu, and then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and edible salt, stir well and serve directly. |
