How to cook water spinach

1. Minced Pork Water Spinach

Minced meat and water spinach are particularly delicious. To make it, you need to prepare 100 grams of lean minced meat, 50 grams of water spinach, and appropriate amounts of chopped green onion, cooking oil, salt and other seasonings. Wash the water spinach and cut it into small pieces. Add the minced meat and seasonings to marinate. After adding oil to the pan, first put the minced meat in and stir-fry, then add the chopped green onion, and finally the water spinach. Stir-fry quickly over high heat. After it becomes soft, add appropriate amounts of light soy sauce and cooking salt and mix well before serving.

2. Garlic water spinach

Water spinach can be made into salad and eaten. The most common salad is garlic-mashed water spinach. When making it, prepare 500 grams of water spinach, a head of garlic, and an appropriate amount of sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, edible salt, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar. After washing the water spinach, blanch it in boiling water, then take it out to cool and remove the water. Peel the garlic and make garlic paste. Make a sauce with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and edible salt, then pour it into the water spinach, mix well, and finally add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil. Mix it again and serve it on a plate.

3. Fried water spinach with dried tofu

Stir-fried water spinach with dried tofu is also very delicious. When frying, you can remove the leaves of the water spinach, cut its leaf stems into small pieces, cut the dried tofu into small strips and blanch them in boiling water, then take them out and drain the water. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add the water spinach and stir-fry for a while, add the chopped dried tofu, and then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and edible salt, stir well and serve directly.
