The ingredients needed are 100 grams of pork belly, 400 grams of cauliflower, one scallion, a piece of ginger, three red peppers, two green garlics, 15 grams of fermented black beans, appropriate amounts of pepper powder and white sugar, and also appropriate amounts of cooking oil and a small amount of broth.

1. Cut the prepared cauliflower into small pieces, soak them in light salt water for half an hour, then rinse with clean water and remove the water for later use.
